The wood palette has a future as an organizer/shelving coming in from back door. Replacement of wood rot under kitchen sink window (and area where studs were once removed to allow for back of dishwasher). Note front vinyl gutter - never really did its job due to its size; water ran past the gutter toward the front courtyard. Inspiration - the light relief above mantle. Front tile carefully stripped off, roofers are prepared to lay a roof membrane to seal the roof after decking/rot fixes. The wooden structure holding the tiles also needed to be replaced. Tiles organized - some 'sad face' tiles are one size, the 'happy face' cover tile is another. Most of deck was in good shape. Some of it did rot and need to ge replaced. Once new wooden structure was put into place, the 'bird guard' at front could be laid in place and the tiles meticulously attached. This was comforting to see! Wood rotted skylight, LOL ;) Oops,
