Bathroom and kitchen floor rot exposed under many layers of tile and thinset

This was the amount of thinset to disguise uneven floor in bathroom.

| Come on! This whole place would have been so much easier to execute on with leveling first... I wonder how many trucks of thinset were brough in to execute this? |
